Q: What Payment Methods Does MacLyfe.Com Accept?

A: MacLyfe.Com uses Paypal’s shopping cart system to accept credit cards and bank payments.
( For First Time customers, please make sure to place your order to your billing address or we will deny your  transaction. We can only ship to an address different from your billing address if you are a returning customer.)

Customers without a Paypal account will have an option to set up an account with Paypal while you go through the payment process. However, you do not need to create a PayPal account if you choose not to. You will be prompted by PayPal concerning whether you would like to create an account with them or not after the transaction goes through.

A: All sells are final. No returns except if you receive the wrong item or size. All items returned must be in the original packaging and also same condition received.

Q: Will MacLyfe.Com ever be a retail store?

A: We are currently only an online store with office and warehouse in Hayward, California. We are working hard everyday to get closer to opening the first MacLyfe Store.

Q: Are MacLyfe.Com’s Products Authentic?

A: We only sell Authentic shoes and watches. No Variants or Fakes and we do not except any fakes for consignment.

A: All shoes on MacLyfe.Com are in (MS) Men’s size unless otherwise stated as (WS) Women’s.

A: All items are shipped via DHL. If shipping address is to a PO Box & APO it is shipped via USPS. (us postal service)
